I love how smart Cat Pirate shirt are most show the babies what not to do. The smack and do not have their claws out. I have actually seen this in person. They are intelligent loving beings that teach children boundaries with love. I knew everyone would be commenting on that. If I’m laying on the couch both cats will bop me on the head wanting to play-it’s no more than a human tapping your shoulder. Anyone with cats would know what their cat finds acceptable! My 8 year old will often carry both our cats in his pants-he puts one one each side like they are holstered and at first I was like no no no but I watched.

I have never had a Cat Pirate shirt, and strongly advocate against it. They actually seem to enjoy it so it’s a mutual relationship of what your kids and animals find acceptable. Some of these cats are worth their weight in gold, for their exemplary temperaments. I dont understand why parents think it’s ok to let babies try to put a cats tail or ear in their mouth cats have their limits and all it takes is 1 time for the cat to scratch a child’s eye, then all of a sudden it’s the cats fault.
